The average annual reimbursement for a patient with my complexities is around $2100.00 based on my EOBs. If Gerardo Lerma decides to leave you office, I will follow him and transfer those proceeds where he chooses to settle and serve.

There is a lack of interaction between the patient and the clerk. Therefore, the clerk becomes an obstacle between me and an excellent provider.

The front office clerks need to be reminded that we (the patient) have options. We can go elsewhere for our services. Therefore, the politeness and customer service is key. They come across with the same demeanor as the Dept of Human Resources.

Staff is great. That is part of why I don't like video conferencing.
